3 days to go for consult

well I have only 3 more days to go until I go to my consult at Dr Bakers office and then I have my surgery on April 13th I am getting so excited I can't wait till I get this done I just wanted to let everyone know I am so glad I have people in here that care about other people everyone Is so Great I wanted to say thank you and God Bless each and everyone of you

Hi Tonya!! I know how you feel. I go tomorrow for my consult and April 5th for surgery. This board is a blessing to me!! I do not have family support for this operation, so reading what others say here is a big help. God bless you, Dodie

That's great. Tip: Be ready to describe some behavior modifications that you have already made to get ready for surgery. Some diet changes, exercise starts, or something. He will ask: When are you going to do something to help yourself? He wants to hear that you are already doing something and that you understand that this is a tool and not a quick fix. If you do that, you will get along with him great. Another tip: Bring a wter bottle and a healthy snack. You will be there all day and he does not break for lunch.
