Does anyone have any idea what type of health insurance plans Celestica offers and whether or not they have wls exclusions? I'm changing careers and looking for a company that has insurance that will cover wls.

It all depends on the company that you work for. Calestica could cover it, I dont know, but your company may exclude it from their own policy. The best thing to do is ask your employer for policy details. Or (as my husbands employer does) get a copy of the actual policy, what many people don't realize is you as an employee and subscriber to the companys insurance have a right to see the policy you are paying for.

Oops! Celestica is the employer not the insurance company. Even knowing what kind of insurance they offer wont do any good, you have to know their own policy. They may be one of the many companies that have a written exclusion. I know that health advantage and qualchoice doesnt cover it no matter what.
