hey denise just wanted to check in and see how your doing? i am doing good. the weight loss has really slowed down, as yours slowed any ? i have lost - 81 lbs. i don't know how many inches i've lost . what about you ? take care- amanda

Hi Amanda. Sorry it took so long to reply but I don't get on this site or the others as often now. I have also been very busy. I'm down about 80 pounds and in a 12/14 or a Large. I'm very happy where I am right now. Yes, my weight loss has slowed down. My physician told me to only lose about another 20 pounds, but I want another 40-45. That will give me some leeway after the honeymoon period is over. I am glad to hear you are doing good. Take care, Denise
