post-op question !

has anyone here post-op lost any of their hair ? i have not lost any and i am almost 5 months out, i have been taking 3,000 mil. of biotin so it must be helping. - amanda

I never lost any of my hair. I think that is from a vitamin defiency. And well for 1 1/2 I never took my vitamins or calcium. I do now though.

Where are you getting your biotin. I am losing my hair quite a bit. But it doesn't bother me. Denise
