hey denise, have you heard from stephanie? i was just wondering how she's doing. - amanda

The last I heard was from Rahbin. Stephanie was living in Crossett with her mom, I think. Not real sure. How are you? I'm stuck at 172 and haven't moved in awhile. I am also having to deal with a lot of head hunger. I have just about beat myself up with guilt because of a few bad food choices. Of course it is not like what I use to eat but it is bad enough. girl, that is so good, i would love to be 172. i am doing good. i started doing taebo again and i'm so sore. i am weighing 197, so i finally got into the 100's. how is rahbin doing ? i never hear from her. i am gettin the head hunger to. take care, amanda
