Were do you get protein drinks in fort smith ark ?

Hi Ihave been trying to find out were I can get protein drinks like shakes,etc. Please If anyone could help me I will be so greatful.thank you samantha scott

Samantha, GNC has lots of supplements, including protein drinks, but they are pretty expensive. The good thing about them is that if you buy something and don't like it, they will refund your money. Otherwise, there are several internet companies that sell protein drinks. I bought mine from saveonsupplements.com. I bought Isopure protein from them. It was around $28 (including shipping. It arrived in about 5 days)for a 3# jug of powder that lasted 3 or 4 weeks. I mixed it with strawberries or bananas or some cocoa in a blender with some ice cubes. It was tolerable. Also, Wal-mart has some types of protein drinks. Check the carbs on the label and get those that are highest in protein and lowest in carbs. Hope this helps. Nita

samantha, i buy mine from wal-mart in the pharmacy dept. i buy carb solutions in chocolate and there great 21 grams of protein in just 1 can. they cost around 5.62 for a 4 pack. - amanda

Samantha...I get mine at bariatriceating.com I use the proplete gold brand and the flavor I enjoy is the orange dreamsicle. I don't mix it with milk or water like it says, instead I mix it with orange koolaid and that makes it even more orangie flavored and I tolerate it very very well. I have never been a big shake person so mixing it like that makes it easy to drink. You get a HUGE container of it for the price plus the shipping is great, and it is 22g of protein and no sugar. It is awesome! And they have tons of other flavors in that brand, it just so happened that orange is what I like. Also, if you tell susan maria (she runs the site) that you are trying out protein shakes she will throw in a ton of samples of other flavors.
