How long do you wait in between bites? HELP

HI I really need some hope i can't seem to keep what i eat down? Do you wait 5 mins between bites? any help or advises whould be great I hadthanks samantha

I dont wait,,But I chew for at least 30 times, then put spoon or fork down count to ten real slow, and get another bite,,it doesnt take but about 4 or 5 teaspoons to fill me up,,I know if I eat just one bite too much it comes rite back up,,I am 2 months post op,, you may need to call your dr and ask him if you might have a blockage,,, Steve

Hi Samantha, I am 4 months post op and I still get sick after almost everytime I eat. My dr said that I am just going to be a dumper. I am just now slowing down on getting sick everytime I eat. It is hard but it gets better for me it has anyway. Hope you can figure out how you need to get things straight. Good luck, Debbie
