Thanks to all for your support

I'm now 7 days post op and doing great. My surgery went off without a hitch. I had the surgery on monday and I went home wensday. Dr. Gibbs said it went better than any he had done in awhile. No pain meds after the second day and was up on my feet withing 2 hours of getting to my room. My only problem has been gas and it is on a monumental basis. Hopefully this will go away with time. The main reason for writing was to thank everyone who wrote to me in support of my surgery. Thank you all so much.

Gary, glad to hear you are doing so well. I did about the same as you. Had my surgery Wed and came home Fri. I was also up and walking the same day. Thanks for the update. Take Care, Bobbi
