I had the same experiance. I noticed If I don't step in exactly the right spot, the scale Well be off. And I mean 5 Lbs. to heavy. So I make sure I step on the scale in the same spot every time. And also If we drink water real well a few day's and don't others our body will start holding it until we get the water routine down again. At least that is my experiance.
