I haven't taken anything either. I thought I would check with Dr Baker. I hate it because I don't ever know when it is going to hit and where I'm going to be. I know it is not my diet. Today has been one of those days that I wi**** had never done this. All I have wanted to do is sleep. Nothing tastes good. This would be one of those days that if I had not had surgery, I would have all the comfort food in the world to eat. Hope you are doing good. Denise

denise, i am doing good. are you walking? let me ask you something, you know that little stitch at the top of our incision, are we suppose to put any antiobitic ointment on it? my mark looks a little red, god i hope it doesn't get infected. that would be all i need, let me know what dr. baker says about the upset stomach. amanda

hey stephanie, it's just at my top stitch that is red, the rest of the incision is drying out and healing up.you probally are walking a little far, i walk about 1 mile every morning and about.5 of a mile in the afternoon. watch out for any drainage from your incision, if you notice it , you better call dr. baker. god bless- amanda

Stephanie, I clean me incision with alcohol in the morning and at night. Alcohol driess the incision out and my incision has already lost the scab. it is just a scare now. and soon I will start putting lotion on it. To help with the dryness. But first I have to wait till I get my tube out. And that wont be until the 22nd of this month. Hugs DebDeb

Denise, I hope your mood is lifting. So sorry that you had a rough day. I know it is to be expected, but that doesn't help, does it. Just keep walking and sipping and remember that it will pass and the days will get brighter. This surgery changes everything for us comfort eaters. Hang in there.
