surgery date

I am excited HI now know i will have surgery oct.1 in Batesville by r. Lambert. I was afraid he would not do surgery because I have a weak heart. After surgery I will be in ICU to moniter my heart. I wish my family was more supportive. I had to go down yesterday for an endoscopy and I could not drive myself. My brother took me down but upset me alot. He has never had a weight problem and does not think I should have surgery. I was upset with my wife because she would not take off work to take me. i had to get an elderly aunt to pick me up. This journey suren has been hard . I also tested positive for the pylri bacteria. I have to take 3 antibiotics before surgery. NOthing has been easy for me but I am sure it will be worth it all in the end.

Congratulations on getting a day. It is a shame that you don't get more support from your family. Just hang in there. Sending positive thoughts your way.

hello david, i am sorry that your family is not supporting you, and i don't understand why, when they know how important it is to you. you should not let them upset you either, i guess they are just worried about the unknown. all i can tell you is that you are making a great big step for your future and to have a positive mind set and just know god will pull you through. let me know if i can help any way. i will be praying for you and your family, god bless- amanda/ ryn-9-30-03

hi it will be worth it. dont feel left out my husband hasnt said anything about my surgery he acts like he dont care one way or the other and when he does say something he is very negative i dont let it bother me we are doing it for us not them remember that i have a bad heart too and i am hoping i dont have to worry about that after wards my daughter is my biggest fan and she is 9 lol God Bless keep the faith everything will be wonderful PUT IT IN GODS HANDS
