I HAVE UNITEDCARE PPO AND THERE IS AN EXCLUSION IN MY PACKET HAS ANYONE HAD ANY DEALING WITH THEM ?

I have unitedhealthcare optioms ppo. They have approved my surgery, but my policy did not exclude weight loss surgery. Can you change your plan when you have openenrollment? Is it possible for your spouse to get you on their insurance? If nothing else there is an attorney who specialises in suing ins. companies to get assurance approval. I cant think of the attorneys name maybe someone else on the sight knows his name. Good Luck
