consult advice

hello everyone my consult is sept.11th, i was wondering if anyone can tell me what to expect with the dr. or the hospital . a lady i meet told me that it took her 6 hours, between the doctor consult and the hospital stuff, thanks - amanda

Hi Amanda, I will see you on the 11th also. Have you received your questionaire yet? I got mine in the mail 2 weeks ago. Don't forget to bring that. Sheri, the dietician, will speak to the group( I think there will only be 3-4 patients and anyone that comes with them) as well as Dr Baker. Then we will have an individual consult where he will do an physical exam, including a breast exam and evaluation of the abdominal area. No pelvic exam will be done. Then we go over to the hospital for the SPA treatment... Surgical Pre-testing Appointment Darn, wi**** were something else. My time at Baptist for the SPA is 1:30 pm. It won't be long and we will be on the melting side of life.

That will come in the packet from Dr Baker's office. They set up the time for you at the hospital that afternoon after the consult.

I'm not sure why we have to answer the questions but its required. Hang in there. We will do this together. Just think of all the positive things that will come of it.
