First you will have to look at what your ideal body weight should be. Then also remember if you do start working out again, you will probably, more than likely gain weight due to muscle mass weighs more than fat. Don't look so much at the scales apposed to the way your clothes are fitting and how "you think" you feel and look in the mirror. If you feel like you could be going to the other end of the spectrum (anorexia), you might want to check with a dietition, and look closer at your diet intake. You might have to increase your food intake to maintain. Just a few suggestions, hope they could help you start thinking on where to start, good luck and glad to help if I can in the future, I am 8 years post op, and do range from size 4-10, depending on the clothing manufacturer, so you can't truely go by size only either.
