Suggestions welcome!

I am almost to single digits before my surgery date & wondering if anyone has suggestions on things to take to the hospital to make the stay easier. Just want to be as prepared as possible. Thanks!!! Melissa

Melissa, the main thing I recommend is a small fan. I'm hot natured and you never know if the hospital room is going to be cool or hot. I just wore the hospital gown the whole time because they had them in really big sizes and they were comfortable. Other than the fan, just tooth brush, tooth paste, hair brush, some people recommend chapstick, and whatever you are going to wear to ride home in. I took my own pillow too. I held it on my stomach on the ride home to keep my stomach from jiggling around. And remember, as soon as you can, get up and start walking. God Bless!!--Shelly
