Insurance letter

EMAILED CHRISTY AT DR BAKER OFFICE AND SHE EMAILED ME BACK AND SAID SHE FAXED THE LETTER TO THE INS.

Stay on top of everyone. I would call the insurance company to make sure that the fax is in the hands of the correct person. Then get that person's name, phone # and extension #. Then if possible I would ask the ins company to fax you a copy of the letter so that you know they have it. You can never do too much to keep on top. You are the one who has the most interest at stake. Hang in there. My info is with the ins co medical review officer. I hope to have a reply by the end of the week. But you can bet I am going to call that office and make sure they have everything they need. Best wishes, Denise Drye
