Hello all, tomorrow starts the battle with the insurance. I'm not really sure where to start, but I do know that to say I don't meet the guidlines is like saying a person with a bursting appendix can wait :oP The company my husband works for is self insured, managed by HealthScope, and have denied me saying I need psyc help, which to me seems rediculas, so my battle will now start. If anyone else has had to fight for their health, any suggestions would be welcomed since I am also fighting a time line, my husbands job is joining the ranks of other american companies that have crossed the border, and he will more then likely be unemployed come November. Need all the prayers and suggestions I can get. Thanks, Jeanette

Hey, You may just need a psych evaluation. I have seen alot of people write that their insurance makes them have that. From what I have read you just make an appt with a psych and answer alot of questions and then he sends it to your doctor or your insurance recommending you're okay to have the surgery. If you have a psych in your network it may be cheaper. Just check it out. Good Luck, keep on them and ask them if that's what they need. Lu
