Support Group

I have recently gotten my wls date---August 15th & am so excited and nervous all at once. I am sure this is to be expected. I have wanted this for a long time. Does anyone know if there is a support group in Northwest Arkansas? Also, I would appreciate any tips on things to take to the hospital or any good advice to keep me sane until surgery! Melissa, There is a group that meets on July 13 at 2 in the basement of St. Mary's Hospital. in Rogers. For more information call Pam David at 986-6124, It was in the paper today. I'm scheduled for surgery on Aug 5th. Victoria

Thanks for the info Victoria-I am glad there is one close. CONGRATS on your surgery date! You will be a loser soon. I hope it goes well & you have a speedy recovery. Do you have the "yo yo" days? Excited, nervous & scared all at the same time? Some days I wi**** was tomorrow & other days I wonder if I should even do it. I know in the end it is going to be OK.........just anxious I guess.
