called insurance

6-27-03 called insurance and the lady I talked with she didnt see anything on it yet but she said they may not have gotten it. I should have Dr Baker's office fax it . I will check later w/ ins. but the lady did say that it might take about 30days or more for them to look at my letter and other stuff sent it. I will just keep waiting...

Hi Tina. My name is Melissa. I feel your pain----it seems like it takes forever to go through all the stages! Good luck & just keep calling! It took almost 3 months to get everything done---seminar, letter to my ins, approval, call from dr to tell me what portion will be my responsibility & then cal from the nurse to set a date. I have surgery August 15th & cannot wait!!! Good luck to you & god bless. Melissa
