Hi Amanda. My name is Melissa. I am using Dr. Gibb's...he is doing my surgery in August. I felt the same way.......it seemed like it took forever to go through each step they have in place. I know they are so busy but the waiting is hard. Good luck-I wish you the best. Melissa
