still waiting and worry!!!!

HELL-O does anyone know DR. JANES or CYNDA's e-mailaddress? it is in FORT SMITH ARKANSAS. I still haven't heard from any one yet them or insurance people I'm tring to keep a postive look on things but it is getting very hard it has been 6 weeks now which feels like 3months . why can't someone call me ?????????? I pray every night for my insurance to pay for my surgery but i think it is driving me cazy thinking about it all the time .. I wish i had the 20,000 + to pay for the surgery because i would .Because i need the tool to get mylife back and most of all my health back which is not very good at all..Anyone have any ideals please share I need all the surport i can get and help!!!! I 'am scared I may have diabetes now I whated to have surgery before it got to that point..and my back oh my gossssssss the pain is soooooo bad i don't get alot done the i should because of the pain . waitting what and very hard word and painful word as well ..... PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!
