does anyone have pittmans and associates ppo+ threw Baptist. Also what is ARkansas REhab, I've got all my papers submitted to the insurance company, but I'm scared I'll be denied.

Hello My name is Debbie. Arkansas Rehab. Disabled. It can be health problems relating to obesity or it can be from other forms of Disability. They do help you with surgery if you Qulify. You have to have a BMI of 55. And a history of Morbid Obesity. And a 1yr. history of Dieting. And also a Diet with PCP witnessing. You will have to jump through alot of hoops. Your income also has to Qulify. Hope This Helps
