Waiting

Hi AMOS friends!!! I need all the support I can get. I am now in the process of waiting for approval from my insurance company and I have butterflies in my stomach. I know all I can do is wait it out right now, but guys HUG ME!!! I am so nervous. Hugs to all. Sonya

We're here for you Sonya! Keep us updated on how you are doing. The waiting is about as hard mentally as the surgery is, so hang in there. If there is anything I can answer for you, let me know. Where are you having your surgery? Best wishes, Nita

Sonya, You can bet the waiting is real nerve racking. I also am waiting. How about we hug each other. and Maybe we will both have good luck. I can't find out anything until I see surgeon on June 12 for consultation. I'm going through Arkansas Rehab. because my Insurance sucks. Well thats enough of that. Good luck and Hugs Debbie

Sonya, I know what you mean about the waiting. I don't go for a consultation until 7/24/03 and my surgery is 8/12/03. I don't know how I will get through the next 84 days. Great luck to you in your journey. -Karin

Okay guys, here it is the 27th of May and I still haven't heard a thing. I know they say give it 2 weeks, but it feels as if it has been 2 months. I know how it goes. First the letter arrives and sits on someone's desk and then they decide which department it should go to and it sits again, and then a holiday/weekend goes by and it is still sitting (can u tell I used to work in a doctor's office). I have made up my mind to finally jump start American Lifecare and call tomorrow, if I can work up the nerve. Hugs 2 u!
