Monday Check In

Well I had a wonderful 3 day weekend!  I was able to weed and plant half of my flower beds.  Hope to finish the rest on my next 3 day weekend in 2 weeks.  I am so sore today, guess I used muscles I haven't seen in a while.

My son and daughter-in-law arrived safely home today from Japan today.  I always worry when they are out of the country but I know her family loves to see her and misses her so much.

I am still struggling with this maintenance....it is harder than I expected.  Up 4 lbs and then down 3 lbs.   It is hard to find the even keel with eating.  Weekends are the hardest for me.  We are so off a schedule.  I am still trying to find what works for me.
