Rolling down the river....What are you eating?
Morning one and all!
Sorry I haven't commented on yesterday's thread. I worked late, had gotten up early, and was just too pooped to pop in. I'm sure you can all relate. Since my phone fiasco, I can't check e-mails during the day, so there's a lot of catching up to do once I make it home. We'll just have to go on auto pilot now and then until I'm up and running again.
My eating yesterday wasn't what I would have liked, not really off plan, just about 1/2 of what I took for lunch, so by the time I got home I was pretty hungry. I did get in over 120 oz of fluids, pretty darned good if I do say so!
Okay, so far, here's the plan for today:
latte
b- mini bagel w/ 2 slices thin bacon and ff cream cheese
latte
s- yogurt and pecans
l--cabbage soup
s- cottage cheese/ applesauce
d-- 1/2 stuffed chicken breast, brussel sprouts and sweet potato
s--????

Sorry Ive been MIA. We have been really busy finishing up the remodel, re-plumbing the entire house, and installing a new ho****er heater and painting the living room, ALL in one day, and I have been teaching just about every day on top of that, so I had to give something up, and it was easy to drop the computer.
Yesterday was horrid and we wont talk about yesterdays food.
Today, so far has been pretty good.
Breakfast-5 bites ham/cheese omelet, one bite hash browns
Lunch-1/2 turkey sandwich and a handful of mixed nuts
Dinner will be boiled shrimp from the chinese buffett. We are with friends later this evening, so its gonna be dinner out. I'll just eat boiled shrimp and be a good kid.
Have been drinking cranberry juice allll day, so my liquids are good, and I dont think my food has been to bad, what do ya think??
