Wow...3-4 weeks of not feeling well will do a number on you. Have you always had a problem with  breakfast? Have you tried different things, maybe something else would work better. No laws saying it has to be "breakfast' food!

Hugs to you!

Susan,

Only the on the weekends do I eat breakfast food, it is what I fix the husband and kids, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage and some toast, never do well, dump instantly!  During the week, we all do our own things and because of schedules, so I eat an english muffin and EAS shake and do well, but weekends, I like to sit with the fam and all, they don't know and I never tell them, I only tell you all that but no biggee,  we had baked fish and green beans with cheese broccoli rice tonight, and I do fine with that.

We cleaned out my guest room (aka bills computer parts storage room) and it looks so nice..........AGAIN!  So I am pooped, gotta run pick up Jake at moms house around the corner and then it is bubble bath time for me!

Ok so I took your advice and cooked everyone else the normal scrambled eggs, sausage and some hashbrowns and fixed me some cottage cheese pancakes with sugar free syrup and did fine, no dumping, sprinkled a little applie pie spice and cinnamon on them too.

Now I am doing some prunes, back on the vitamins is well back to the beginning!

Cleaned our bedroom this morning and rearranged it and not feeling so much like a couch potato after the 3-4 weeks of illness and no energy, this afternoon I am tackling the flower beds out front and getting them pruned for the spring!  Its pretty out so that will be nice.

Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend and remembering all the suffering and pain in Haiti in their prayers today.

Love ya'll!
