Rowing along here, how about you???

Yesterday was a bust. Honestly I think there's a conspiracy against me buying fish. I bought some Mahi Mahi for dinner and it was BAD, threw it away and went out to dinner. So, my fish dinner at home ended up costing me $35. Dang.

So, here's today's plan. Let's see if it works out the way I want it to.

BTW, I bought a Wii fit plus yesterday and wore myself out on it. It is sssoooooooo much fun!

cottage cheese w/ applesauce

leftover steak and green beans

1/2 PB&J on double fiber bread

benefit bar

ground lamb patty, broccoli and sweetpotato

That's only a little over 1200 cals, so I'll edit to add whatever else I can get in.

 Today, I've drank most of my liquids, completely forgot all my medicines - eeeeeeeeeeeee!

Brunch (slept too late for Breakfast):  1 egg, 1 slice of cheese

Dinner:  3 oz cod (baked), 1/3 c mashed pototoes, bits of blackeyed peas

Snack:  WW yogurt (key lime pie)

Ohhh, and a cup of hot chocolate.

AND... an entire HOUR at the gym!!!  YEAH, me!!!

(Last night, I played on my son's Wiiii.  It was a lot of fun!)

Geez, my oar is heavy, but not as heavy as it has been, maybe Im getting stronger rowing with my buddies!!!

Tuesday was FAIR--not good, but FAIR
Breakfast-1 reduced fat grands biscuit (not quite all of it) 1 egg fried in non stick skillet, no oil and 1/2 smoked link
Lunch-Kinda got lost in the day, was busy working on water pipes and hauling water, 1 WW reduced fat brownie while driving down the road
Dinner-3 oz baked BBQ chicken thighs, 1/2 ear corn on cob and 2 bites of garlic bread

Lots and Lots of Cranberry juice, 1 20 oz Diet Dr. Pepper (trying to cut the carbonation back as much as possible) and lots of US Tea.

Going back to the gym today as I am feeling better, and think I can work out w/o coughing every other breath.

Today (wednesday)
Breakfast I had 1 packet of instant butter grits.
A bunch of coffee
Lunch was a salad (shredded lettuce, corn, turkey, olives, cheese,)
Dinner was brisket, mashed potatoe (home made from fresh potatoe, not box) gravy and broccoli (frozen bagged kind).

I drank a hospital cup of water, so thats 30 oz or so but I had ice in it, so lets go with 24oz or so.  Had another cup later (12 oz).  Plus 1 pot of coffee and later half pot of coffee. 

Tried to drink a cherry limeade chiller from sonic but got sick to stomach and diarrhea, probably from the ice cream in it.

Pre-Consult (7/05/07): 400.12 pounds  --  73.2 BMI
Surgery Day (8/15/07): 369.8  --  67.6 BMI
