Jeans.... Can't hurt to ask!!
Since surgery almost 2 months ago I am down just over 50lbs. Yea!!!!! The downside to this which I never even thought about was the fact that this means instead of growing out of my clothes I am shrinking in them.
My pants are now falling off me. Normally I should be excited... but I don't seem to have any that don't fall off.
So, I figured it wouldn't hurt to find out if any one in the Little Rock or Surrounding areas had any women's denim jeans that you might have undergrown and feel like handing down? I am down to a womens 28 now, headed down further. All I have are 34W's.
Anyways... if this is not a post that is allowed then I am sorry and really meant no harm... but like I said, figured it couldln't hurt to ask!

I don't think there's anything wrong with your post. Not at all!
If you don't get any responses, you might try consignment stores. Threre is one near my house in Otter Creek that I faithfully supported the whole time I was losing. I bought lots of stuff there for very little money.
Keep up the good work!

Awe geez...I wish I did but already passed mine along. Gotta agree with Susan though..try the consignment shops. Name Brand Second Hand off of Warden Road in Sherwood is one of my favorites, and you can get great clothes at amazing prices there, and they have plenty of women's sizes. Also, Elaine's Closet on Cantrell in Little Rock has a fantastic selection with lots of women's sizes. Then when you get to a 14-16 (which will be quicker than you can imagine!) try Poor Little Rich Girl off of Kavanaugh. I don't ever go to the mall anymore...I ADORE these stores!!!
Good Luck to you!!!
When I started losing, sometimes I dropped a size in a week.
In fact, sometimes I bought clothes and by the time I got them washed (they were used so I always washed before wearing) and hung up, they were too big.
So my advice is:
1) get in the habit of buying everything too tight (it may not fit the day you try it on, but it may fit tomorrow or the next day - especially if you are still losing quickly)
2) visit every consignment store in your area and find out which ones tend to carry you taste in clothing (they do vary in taste and quality by store I've found)
3) visit thrift stores and Goodwill (thrift stores are cheaper than Goodwill, but you have to look harder to find quality items and there are more "trash" clothes at thrift stores - by trash clothes I mean clothes that most of us would never consider using for anything other than cleaning rags and would never in a million years actually adorn our bodies with)
Also, pick up copies of contracts at your local consignment stores. That way you can resell your clothes as you shrink out of them.
Good luck!
