Rowing the barge---what are YOU eating?
Avast ye maties! Oh wait, that's a different boat....
I stayed exactly on my plan yesterday and even made it to 1400 cals. Lots of goodies still around the salon, some very tempting, too, but I held strong.
Still waking up, will get back and edit to include my plan in a little bit. Have a grand day crewmates!

b- eggbeaters and turkey breakfast sausage on a ww sandwich thin
latte FFSF
cottage cheese w/ SF homemade applesauce
l- Lean cusine Baja Chicken Quesidilla
latte FF SF
d- homemade hamburger--92% lean, on lite bun, only ate half, Baxter got the rest
still about 200 calories short, so we'll see what happens.

Today has sucked rotten eggs, as Im soooooo freaking sick. When you sleep the whole day, you dont have time to eat much, and Ive been really green.
Breakfast-2 Cups coffee w/splenda
Lunch-What was that??
Snack-1/2 mini pecan tart (was at f-i-l's house, nothing to eat)
Dinner-3 bites ham/cheese omelet and one bite hash browns.
Not nearly enough food, and bad choices on most of it, but today was just snatch and grab. I literally slept most of the day, didnt get to sleep till after 4 am, got up at 9 am, went to my in laws, took a shower, dried my hair and was back in bed by 11:30, didnt get up until 4:30. Came back home, changed clothes and went to eat w/DH, mom and sister. Thinking bout nyquil and bed. See you all tomorrow. Should be a better food day for sure.

Snack: Applesauce
Dinner: 1/2 hamb patty, 1/3 c chili
Snack: fruit chiller

Lunch: fish... parmasean crusted tilapia
Dinner: 1/2 hamb patty, 1/3 c chili
Breakfast: 4 deli slices of ham, 2 slices of American cheese
Lunch: 1/4 c tuna salad, 3 crackers
Snack: Applesauce
Dinner: 1/2 hamb patty, 1/3 c chili
Snack: fruit chiller

BREAKFAST: I had 1 packet of instant butter grits, yummy.
LUNCH: Some cheese cubes and crackers
DINNER: 2 bowls of homemade veggie beef soup (made with hamburger meat that I boiled to make extra soft and easy on my tummy, 2 bags of stew veggies, and 2 cans of veggie juice and water, OMG this settled so easy with my stomach and almost could have been considered a slider food. I tried adding some cornbread to the 2nd bowl to get it to stay in my tummy longer).
I drank a pot of coffee and 2 bottles of water (20 oz bottles). Also for a snack I ate 2 pieces of turkey lunch meat.
Went hiking with my roomie, sister, her husband and 2.5 y/o daughter, saw some beautiful small frozen water falls on their property.
