Pets?

What kind of pets do you have?  I am owned by a very spoiled Maltese named Angel.  Tomorrow is her birthday - She'll be 4.  I also have Annie, a 5 year old Pug.  If anyone had told me that I would get as attached to these dogs as I am, I'd have told them they were crazy.
If you see someone without a smile, give them yours.

I have a bunch of pet rats.  I can't think of the top of my head how many I have, so I'll just name them all.
BOYS:
Whitey, Blackie, Humpie, Ben, Fudge, Butterscotch

GIRLS:
Goldie, Mo, Lucky, Fuzz, Ozzie, Harriet and 14 babies that are just 5 weeks old. (and looking for new homes)

I think that's all of them.  We put one to sleep last month, Squirt.

Pets?? Does that translate into children?? LOL Mike and I have no HUMAN children, so our pets are our kids. We kinda have our own personal zoo, but since you asked, and a mother loves to talk about her children, here we go...

Inside, we have
Sierra-female doberman pinscher
River-Male Fila Brasileiro
Dallas-female doberman pinscher (added to the group yesterday)
Uno-African Red Belly Parrot

Outside
Josie-Catahoula Stock Dog
Ace-Male Doberman Pinscher
Sam-Feist
Lil Bit-Feist
Stormy-West Siberian Laika
Windy-Tennessee Walking Horse Mare
King-Tennessee Walking Horse Gelding
Big Sexy-Standard Bred Mare (boarded for a freind at our house)

At the trainers barn
Cachet and Crystal-Tennessee Walking Horse Mare
Gus-Tennessee Walking Horse Stallion

To say we have a child or two is surreal, but we love them all as our children, they are spoilt, but well behaved, most of the time!!!

I would not know how to act w/just 2 animals, but we live out in the country and ours roam where ever most of the time.  Good question, any others you want to ask, we have prolly discussed it but will be glad to share w/you.

Thanks for joining our little group,
Rhonda D.

3 dogs, well 2 dogs and one puppy..........

1) Buddy Lander is a full blood Corgi that I bought when I got my house 5 years ago as a pet for my son.

2) Ollie Beam is my husbands dog he got a couple of years ago from the Humane Society after his divorce.......he is not any particular type......just a dog a mix of all kinds of stuff lol

3) new puppy we got after Halloween is named Cesar Chavez, given to us by some friends and apparantly had a momma yorkie and daddy chihauaha and looks yorkie in full to us, but because he has the chihauaha my husband says he only understands spanish and runs around speaking spanish to him thinking he will eventually respond to his spanish commands, lol, I just call him Cesar.  Needless to say he has no idea what Yo Quiero Taco Bell means, but he does have a very funny personality and is a riot to watch him play with his toys, he growls and acts all mean and tough and might at most weigh 1.5 to 2lbs. Bill says we should video tape it and put it on our facebook.

I used to have a Quaker Parrot and I loved him, but he hated everyone but me!!! His name was Max and he talked and would give kisses and would play dead bird!!!  Love my lil feathered friends.  Now we have an African Red Belly that hates everyone but me, but hes not loud as quakers can be.  We have had all sorts of birds in assorted colors and sizes, and got out of the bird biz for a long time, but we both missed them so bad, we bought Uno when he was 3 weeks old and hand raised him.  We both decided we would never be w/o a feathered friend ever again!!

Hey Robyn,
Is there any other way for them to be besides spoiled.  Mike is gone for 4 days and my 3 in the house think they are supposed to be up my nose all the time.  I love it, wouldnt have it any other way, and the bird just keeps hollering HEY, Stop, Sit down, NOW!!! Love those babies!!!

My oldest dobie is prego, due in 3 weeks so she is super grumpy and wants me w/her allll the time.  Im thinking of renting her out, lol.

I have two 11 year old cats.  We named them Castor and Pollux at the start, but they quickly became Tubby and Princess!  One is huge and the other dainty.  ;-)
The week before Billy died he let me get a maltipom.  I know that God knew I would need her.  She has been such a blessing.  I am not sure I could make it without her!  And, she too, is extremely spoiled!  :-)

I have pugs also.  I have two pugs.  Ebony is black and 7 years old.  Ivory is tan and 4 years old.   These are my hairy, four legged children.  Mine are very spoiled too.
