Good morning!  Hope everyone is doing well with their food choices/plan so far this week. Posting here sure is helping me.  Not a single post yesterday, and only 7 viewings. I can't row this thing by myself folks!


Basic plan for today, might change.....


latte

B-  eggbeaters and 2 slices thin bacon

latte

S- orange and string cheese

L-  lean cuisine baja quesidilla

S-  cottage cheese w/ homemade applesauce

D-  not sure yet.

  Good morning Susan... I have been coming here to find noone posting also. There may be one post every now and then by Wendy or you, but it seems this board is ghostly at times.
 This morning I am having coffee and around 8 am I will have a yogurt.
Dont know what after that tho.
  I am still waiting on a surgery date, hoping I will get one soon, although I know it will be anywhere from April to June before I have surgery. As they have told me this much.

Wow, that's a long time to wait, but it will be worth it, believe me!

Yes, ghostly is a good word for our board lately. I'm really hoping we can get it moving along again. Facebook really hit us hard. People are able to keep in touch with everyone, where here it's just us WLS folks.
Me thinks they need US more!

 My food today was awful.  I'll do better tomorrow.  I had 1/2 scrambled egg with grated cheese for breakfast.  Lunch was 3 chicken nuggets, dinner was a taco roll-up and 1/2 cup of soup (mostly broth).  Cheese & crackers for snack.  Oh, and a half cup of sugar free vanilla ice cream.

Time to be thinking about putting this day to bed, and starting off on the other foot tomorrow.
