Ohhhhh, look at those fat ###!  Nuts have good fat, but too much of a good thing becomes a bad one.

Tell me about it!  That's why I'm running scared right now.  I don't want to start backsliding especially this early out.  I don't ever want to be as miserable as I was at 315 lbs. ever again.

If you got rid of most of those nuts, you'd drop about 46 grams of fat from one day's totals.

Lol.  There's a lot healthier ways to do it.  I could easily become a nut junkie.  I plan to quit buying them altogether.  Bad nuts!!!!!!!

Hey Sybul,
I looked at your food and #s and I understand wanting to eat all the time.  I blame mine on the weather, but find myself grazing sliced cucumbers and celery w/low fat peanut butter.  Maybe that will help, if you like those things.  My main question is how does your coffee have 11 g of carbs?  Or am I a ditz and think that mine is carb free??  That # looked a little high for plain black coffee, b/c I saw where you added your protein powder #'s below, thus I was confused!!

Hang in there, we can do this, I applaud your not taking money to work, I had to do that when I worked at the hospital all day, was always wanting a diet coke or some nuts, and found out the DC was killing me w/sodium and the nuts were getting me in fat. 

Good job on posting even though it was higher than you wanted, you can do it.  I tell you this while I tell myself the same thing b/c mine is not so much my food as my getting off my butt to exercise.
Remember we love you, so keep coming back and screaming all you want!!!

I've wondered about the coffee too.  Thats what I get on My Fitness Pal though.  It's a good idea about the vegetables.  I don't get enough of them in anyway.  I did a little better today.  I'm fixing to go do at least 30 min on Wii while I watch the history channel with the hubby.  I'm grateful for you all.  I feel like you're best friends and I've hardly met any of you in person, lol.  I love ya'll too!!!
