beyond the goal of duty

Well y'all I have been so preoccupied with this surgery recovery and all the pain issues that reaching my goal weight slipped pass me. My goal weight was 150 lbs. I am a year and three months out and I weigh 142 lbs. I am happy but can't really enjoy reaching the goal the way I want to. My next big step will be the plastics but with this pass surgery I am not so ready to go under the knife again. Each day that passes my confidence builds and 6 months from now I maybe beating the plastic surgeons door down. LOL For now I am content.

Congratulations Mama Peaches!   With all you've been though it's no wonder it slipped by.  I don't think I will ever go the plastic surgery route.  I am too much of a chicken, lol.  I am just thanking God for getting to the point where I feel I have my life back and look forward to each new day instead of dreading it, lol.  Love ya, Sybul
