Jumping Back In To OH

I've been away from OH for quite a while.  I know most of you don't know me, but some of you will remember me  - Hi there SusanDoesHair!

I live in NWA and my RNY was done by Dr. John Baker in Little Rock, AR on February 20, 2006.  My highest weight was 328 and my lowest was 188.  I have stayed in that area for over two years.  I would like to get my weight below 150 but Dr. Baker said that he doesn't want me any lower than 175 because he thinks it won't be healthy for me.

I was very active on the Quix weight loss community.  It was much smaller and less dramatic it seems.  But the owner of Quix decided he didn't have time to continue the site so it shut down several months ago.  I've missed it alot and I do need the support of other WLS friends.

I am having a problem with extreme pain right now.  I'll go into that in more detail in another post.  For now, I just wanted to say hello and hopefully I'll be posting me - at least on the AR forum.  I go to the monthly support group meeting in Rogers, AR and have many good friends from that.  We're having a Christmas party and if any of you are going to be in the area, here's the information:

Friday, December 11th
7 PM
Boomers in Rogers, AR

If you can join us, let me know and I'll add you to the guest list!  Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving.

Hi!  Welcome back!!!

Thanks for the invite!  I'd personally LOVE to come - but Rogers is quit a little trek for me, so I'll have to pass!

I'm sorry you're in pain and hope that you are better soon.

OMG!!!!!!!

How the heck are you???  Sorry to hear about the pain, but soooooooooooooooo glad to see you back.

Things have been pretty slow around here, now maybe we can get things moving again.

Thanks for making my day!

We'll be in touch.

p.s. sorry about the Quix situation. It was a great idea while it lasted.

Hello, glad to see you again.  What do you think is the cause of the pain.  I will be 3 years out in February, hard to believe!  I have not been to a Roller support group in over a year!

I got married in January!

Glad you are back, I miss a lot of the old faces.
