Exercise!

Ok... I have been plain terrible since I got my lifeguard cert in May. I haven't been back to the pool or participated in any type of exercise outside of work (walking or weekly hour of PT with my dorm) Wait- I've been horseback riding the past 5 weekends, 3-6 hours a day, so some...but  not near enough.

I am headed to the pool right now, and plan on trying to do so 5 days a week again as I did before I reached that goal of passing the lifeguard course. I guess I lost my drive and need to set a new fitness goal that I have to work to obtain. UGH!

I've decided to set a short term goal of trying to loose these last 18 lbs (that make me over the 200 mark) before Christmas, so my Christmas gift to myself will be ONEDERLAND! 

I stopped going dancing as I was partaking in a bit too much of the liquid courage the last month I went... didn't like it, recognized it and stopped. I've  never been a drinker and I didn't want to get that started.

So, from 0-60  here I go back on the exercise track!!

Way to go!  Definitely set a goal of some sort; I like getting to onederland.

I think the key to my personal exercise success has been that I've had a goal -- since January, I've always had a race to work towards.  And don't beat yourself up if you don't perfectly keep to your schedule.  It's supposed to be fun!
