daily/upate on throat mass

Sin in ones life should be as uncomfortable as a pebble in your shoe.

Update:
Yesterday I saw the ENT doctor and the mass in my throat is huge. It has grown down under my breast bone. We requested my records from my PCP but they can's seem to find them.  The doc is now requesting them from the hospital. He wants to see what was one. He thinks they only removed a part od my thyroid so what was left has been growing for 8 years. I will have to have surgery again for the same thing. Once he gets the operative and pathology report he shoudl know what really happened 8 years ago. He is also reviewing each of the CT films.

My gosh, Peaches!!! This sounds unbelievable. I truly hope they get to the bottom of this soon and are able to take care of it quickly. Gracious sakes.

Thanks for the prayers. Back in October 2001 I woke up in ICU after the first surgery. My husband was standing in the corner crying and I was pinching myself to see if I was dead. LOL We got no explanation as to why I was in ICU. The surgeon just said sometimes things happen but you are fine. So we accepted that explanation and went on. When I saw my urologist last week he saw the report and immediately said get this thing in your throat taken care of right away!  The ENT said it could be my parathyroid but I don't have any elevated calcium levels.

I'll put in some prayers that all is well, and ask for strength for you and your husband. 

My goodness. Hope you get that thing taken care of pronto.  Will keep you in my prayers and hope everything goes well for you.
