my intake

OK I planned on holding hands with Rhonda and going liquid for 5-7 days.

I did shakes all day.....total 5

one cup of chicken broth

 my carb intake was 13 grams total

my cals 720 total

my protein 150 grams

since I did not meet the 900 cals and feel kind of shaky......

 I had soup for dinner, homemade consisted of chicken breast, green chilis, diced tomatoes, corn, and the rest is seasoning such as onions, cilantro and fresh garlic. So I am sure it is low carb. I also had cheese and salami....all low carb .

I may have to do shakes all day and a healthy meal in the evening to get in the rest of my cals. I am afraid with the 2 hr drive Saturday and the walking my sugar will drop.....especially since exercise causes it to drop and stress and to be honest I hate driving and have panic attacks while driving......lol.....guess that's why I never got my license until I was 30.

I think what I have done is a success. Normally I cant get through 3 shakes. I know when I did the 5day pouch test I had some small issues with blood sugar and not feeling well. I can try all day and evening tomorrow and see how I feel. I am hypoglycemic and my blood sugar drops into the 30's if I am not careful. Maybe tomorrow will be better. Since I did eat alot of carbs yesterday.

Who knows......I did not have any cokes....even after seeing I gained 5 pounds since going off them 4 weeks ago......

I have trace amounts of keytones in my urine so that is good but it should be higher with the low carbs.....like I said....could be the carb intake yesterday as well.

You did so much better than I.  The shakes are making me very very ill.  Sooooo, I did 2 shakes, lots of tea, 4 oz lean turkey breast and then a baked chicken breast.

I must get new shakes, but I must wait until pay day.  Im being good, just having to do more food than I wanted.  Its still not easy to sit and drink while they all sit and eat!!!

Love you girl, hang in there, we can do this.

Hang in there girls.   Back to basics will work.  I am about to go to the same thing.  I've been stagnate for too long now.  Time to rachet it up and toe the line.  It doesn't take much to slow/stop the progress.   Stay in there and fight hard.
