Well, I was amazed to log on and see no one had started today, but maybe that means that everyone is out enjoying the sunshine and cooler weather.
Im home today doing some housework, had a stomach bug last night, so I now think thats why I felt so nasty yesterday.   Nonetheless, Im home doing some closet cleaning, sorting all these clothes, most of which, do not fit, and getting the winter sorted from the summer and pants from shirts, etc.  I have this crazy thing, I like to color code my pants and my shirts, etc.
Hope everyone has a great day, Im off to work again,
Hugs,
Rhonda

So, whats up on your Tuesday??

Hello all.....well what did I do today??? My daughter and I went to lunch then walked around wal mart. We then went to her friends house to see their kids....baby 7 months and daughter 2 yrs. The 7 month old would have been my grand daughters buddy if she would have made it. How are we doing with that? Much better my daughter seems to have accepted it.

I have some house cleaning to do and some studying. Its so pretty out that I want to be outside all day.....hmmm too bad I cant train the cats and dogs to clean house.

well everyone have a good Tuesday.

Tammy.....still no cokes!!! Not even a sip..

Hello hello.

I know.  I've been off a LOT lately - to the point of hardly checking in at all.  Sorry about that.

We have had a little hang-up with our remodel.  (Floors for those of you that haven't talked to me, emailed/messaged me or read my blog lately.)  Hopefully it will be resolved soon.  But in the meantime, we are in sort of a holding pattern on MOST of the remodeling.  Sadly enough, the holding pattern includes furniture out of place (large pieces not where they are supposed to be - so we're tripping over them and walking around strategically placed "trails" in our house since everything is out of place).  It also includes not putting down the new base boards.  So there are primed and painted baseboards laying across the large couch in my living room waiting for the flooring to be replaced when the store and the place that warranties the carpet finish their process (read arguement) over who is going to pay for the replacement.  That may take another week or so.  Then another 2 weeks from then for them to reorder & get in the carpet again.  Then probably another week to actually schedule and get it down.  That puts it probably being replaced after I get the custom granite countertops in.  God help us.

Combine that with school starting this last week or so - and even more than that... football season is starting.  My daughter is cheering for the junior high squad (goodbye Thursday nights) and my son is playing on the senior high football team (goodbye Friday nights).  My son has football practice most afternoons until 5:30 or 6.  My daughter has cheer practice some afternoons until 5 or 6.  I get off work usually around 4:30 (sometimes a little earlier, sometimes a little later - but 4:30s my goal every day).  My husband gets off @ 5:30 M - R & gets home at about 6:20ish.  I usually try to have supper ready for him when he gets home.

During this month, I also have to work 1 night a week (usually Wednesday) and Saturday each week.  That's only for this month I think though.  I think my turn at that is over after this month.

So that's the run down of my days and nights.  See... nothing exciting to report here.

My intake is fine - getting in everything I'm supposed to and not getting in nothing I'm not supposed to.  My weight is good - still in my 125 - 130 comfort zone I like to stay in (126.4 lbs as of Saturday).

I guess my only "complaint" lately is that - because of time restraints, etc - I have not devoted enough time to ME.  For instance, even though my intake numbers look great, my diet has become extremely monotonous.  The last week, I have literally had the same 3 - 4 meals for every single day.  It's not even an EXCITING 3 - 4 meal repeat.  It's time crunch meals like Atkins bars (chocolate chip or peanut fudge) or steak or chicken soft tacos w/ meat & lettuce only.  So I'm going to fix that soon and get back to eating more real food.  I just have to make the ME time to do it.

So I don't even have a varying intake to report.

I miss you guys and hope to make it back to group this month.  I feel like such a slacker missing last month - only my second missed support group ever since my surgery if memory serves.  I just now thought about my daughter's game night being Thursdays now.  I HAVE to go watch her.  We have always gone to watch my son in the band on Friday nights and she wouldn't understand if we didn't go watch her every time too.  So now that I think about it - I may not be able to make group ANY during football season for the next 3 years (assuming my daughter continues to make the cheer squad - which I hope because she loves it so much).  Bugger.

I'd better really make an effort to stay on here more.
