Well, you all know what's new with me so I won't reha**** I just want to thank all of you for your caring support you gave through a difficult time. I'm so lucky to have friends like you.

Tammy, your call was most welcome. I love you.

Going to work looking like I've been in a prize fight, but go to work I will. The love and support I'll get there will get me through today. Again, I'm so fortunate.

Back down to the #125's, this makes me smile this morning.

Love and hugs to you all. Have a great weekend.....get out and MOVE!

DON'T FORGET TO REGISTER FOR THE WALK FROM OBESITY. TIME'S RUNNING OUT!

Happy Friday everyone,
I am babysitting my grandaughter. So busy, busy today and tomorrow and Sunday.
Got to go buy groceries today. Hate to do that chore.
Sorry about your loss Susan. My heart goes out to you. A couple of years ago we lost our precious Mikey. He was old. He was 15. I know I cried everyday for a whole week. Keep the memories.
Everyone have a great weekend.

Well, my weekend plans are to ride horses, buy a new saddle, ride my horses, love my animals, hold them all and pray for strength for Susan and Gary.  When I walked to the barn this afternoon to put out hay, I touched all my babies here and told them how much I love them.  You know, animals are such great therapy.  When I am having a bad day, when my life feels like all lemon rinds, when my eating is messed up, I can go to the barn, and my horses still love me.  I go inside and the first words my ****atoo says are "I love youuuu" and everything falls into place.
Even on days like today when I hear the news of no death conviction of the guy who took the life of a dear friend of mine, my animals love me. I wont go into all that, but please pray for the families of the victims.  Certainly a hard time there.
I am currently battling KeKe the KILLER kidney stone, but I shall smile, life is always throwing us a curve, its the direction we send it that matters.
I love you all dearly, we are such a family here, and I can never tell you all how much I love you all.

Still feeling a little punkish but at least I know why.  Turns out I have been battling salmonella food poisoning for almost two weeks.  The results got back from the culture today and they called me in 10 days of Levaquin and told me to quit taking the lomotil.  TGIF.  The cardiologist gave me a clean bill of health today too so everything is hunky-dorey.  He also took me off the Lasix and KCL so now I don't take anything prescription except for my happy pill.  Whoo hoo!!!
I have to go in to work some this weekend to get caught up but I plan to rest up.  Val is really down about his mother.  He needs some down time too.  I think we'll just put up a go away sign on the fence post this weekend.  I wonder if that would work?  I got the wash caught up this morning so I just need to work my way through the house if I have the energy.  We decided to let the grass grow another week.  Thinking of all of you.  I feel really blessed to call you all my friends.
