I am still working very hard to reach that century mark, I weighed in at my PCP's office today at 200, fully dressed, and 194 at home in my shorts and t-shirt... I have been at that mark for over 1 month it seems like... What can I do to move things along again? surely I have not reaached my stopping point =( I am fixing to cry.... All help, encouragement, advice  is greatly appreciated... I LOVE You guys very much....

go get a tape measure and start keeping track of inches.

dont worry.....

you may need to tweak your diet or your fitness routine.

in regards to fitness after a while our bodies get "used" to our workouts if you dont change them up. You can add more weights, increase speed and inclines, or throw in jumping rope or something you dont do.

dont get down......it will be ok.....

You are doing Great.  Don't worry.  Get your tape measure out, and keep track of the inches that you are losing.  Even though I am a Lap-Bander.  I have been where you are, and I was losing Inches.

No worries, sweet pea! That happened to me many, many times, and I found it was typically followed by my waking up one morning to have lost 6 pounds, then start dropping steadily for the next two weeks.  WEIRD!  Everyone told me to increase my protein intake during those periods and they were spot on because that usually kicked my metabolism back into gear.

You look amazing!!!  I didn't recognize your avatar. YOU GO GIRL!!!
