Next:   The Walk From Obesity will take the place of the September Support Group Meeting at Baptist. So, if you are a patient of Baker's, you will get credit for a meeting by walking! Not a bad deal, huh?

Then....we will have a speaker at the October meeting. A drug rep will be talking about the new delivery system for B-12 supplementation. She is very interesting and will have lots to talk about in regards to this essential vitamin.

hello everyone, I had my lapband done on Thursday and now I am trying to get my liquids in...i have been out walking two times this morning and it is such a beautiful day outside! I am a bit sore and weak at times but I'm doing ok so far... I wish you all a wonderful day ~Denise~

Welcome, Denise How could anyone stay inside on such a beautiful day??  Good for you for getting out twice!  Don't overdo it,  listen to your body. If you can get out like that now, you're doing great. Fluids are tough this early out, but just keep plugging alonng and you'll be fine.
