Morning everyone....it's Friday!!

It's going to be a spectacular weekend. So.....what are you doing about it??  No excuses about rain, heat, snow, ice, tornadoes, hurricanes, tsunamis, cyclones, fog, ice, or any other cataclysmic weather activity to deter you from getting out and exercising!!!

You don't have to run or jog (except you, Wendy II), but you can park at the far end of the parking lot when you go to the grocery store. Steve, I'm sure you'll be out golfing, why wouldn't you??

So. What moving are YOU doing to lose?

I'll be working all weekend, as usual... and dancing afterwards for a couple hours. Getting off at midnight doesn't leave a whole lot of time for it... sadly.

I used to work the 3-11 shift and would meet my friends around midnight for drinks and dancing. Just enough time to have some fun, not enough to get into too much trouuble....hehehe

Good for you!  I think I might mow the yard, too. Conditions have to be just right for me to do it, otherwise, it's Gary's job...LOL

TGIF everyone!!!
Not sure what we are doing this weekend, but the weather sure is going to be fine. I'm sure we will do some outside stuff. Great weather for those early morning walks I do. I usually go about 8 in the morning, but when it is already 80 at 8 in the morning, I don't go. Have to do the treadmill which is not near so interesting.
I think we will probably do some yard work and work in the garage straightening it up....grrrrrr!!!!

Do you really live on a fault line?? Not many Arkansans know what those are. Have you ever had an earthquake? You know, I lived in the earthquake capitol of the world for 50 years and have been through many, many, but never any distructive ones. Thankfully!

We had all those machines over the years, too. I found them most helpful for clothes that needed ironing. Pretty expensive hamper, huh? Gary bought a treadmill at an estate sale for $25. It works great....one mile at a time. More than that and you can smell the motor starting to heat up. And, it's not just with him on it, it happens when I'm on it too. So, I'm going to tell him to sell it at a yard sale. Let someone else put the new motor in it.

You can totally give up the soda. I know you can!!! Please give it a good try???

We love you, and we're here for you. Get yourself some temazapam from the doctor. It's generic and cheap, makes you sleep like a rock. You can't face anything without proper rest.
