So what kind of surgery did u have ? How much did u weigh & how much now do u weigh now.Nice to hear from someone so close and has been down this road...

I had lap-band done on May 20th of 2009, so I am 3 months out and have lost 53 since I started my paper work in January.  I have lost 41 since the surgery date.  I weighed 283 lbs in Jan.  after I had the 2 weeks of shakes that Dr. Baker requires before surgery, I was down to 270.  I am currently at 229.  
It has its challenges but it has certainly changed my life for the better.
