ROLL CALL-----WHERE IS EVERYONE????
Hi gang,
Sorry to be so scarce. Unfortunately I am dealing with a lot of issues on several fronts right now that are keeping me tied up and away from here. No health issues, just a bunch of junk stuff. Doing fine though. Family is good, too. We will get these things dealt with and I'll get back on here soon. I am staying on track with food and supplements, so no concerns there. I miss y'all and look forward to getting back in the flow here. For now, I'll check in when I can.
Best wishes to all.

I've been in the land of the dead since Monday evening. I had to stay at work the floor on 3-11 because a nurse called in with diarrhea and I came down with it during the shift. Tuesday morning I had 103.5 temp. and felt horrible. Val had to drive me to the doc's office. I wasn't going to mess around this time after the gallbladder thing. Anyway, it's not the flu. Either a stomach virus or food poisoning. They gave me a shot of nubain and phenergan. It made me sleep all day which was a blessing. That was the most painful shot though. I'm down 7 lbs from fluid loss so today I am going to work on rehydrating myself. I'm feeling worlds better though, just still weak and tired. Tuesday afternoon my mother-in-law passed away. Everybody was there except for me. I really hate that I wasn't there to say goodbye. I'm glad she is no longer in pain though. She had wasted down to 68 lbs.
