Today we didnt go to the gym to workout, but got my share of exercise.

PUSH mowed 2 yards for my f-i-l and then did lots of walking helping Mike and my nephew.  Was the gofer for them.  For those of you who dont know what a human gofer is, I shall tell you.  Go fer the hammer, go fer the nails, etc...
Then walked FIL's drive way bout 3 times, and its 1/2 mile to the road and back, so got me 3 miles there.  Lost lost of sweat, wonder how much that stuff weighs??

So, what did you do today??

I just started back to exercising today  I haven't done any since my surgery.  I got new Wii exercise dvd and set it up and did my first 30 min. workout.   It ****d my butt, lol.  It has you put in your age, sex, ht., wt, measurements then asks you to set your goals, etc.  It's pretty neat.  We'll see if it can get me motivated again after being lazy for so long.  I'm to the point where I'm going  to have to work harder to lose those last 29 lbs.

Rhonda....do you use a pedometer? they have inexpensive ones at wal mart.....those are great helps with walking. Remember drink drink drink while doing all of the walking too....dont wanna dehydrate yourself.

Sybul.......wii fit is great.....excellent motivator....I am buying myself the game...already got the system. Anything that helps you track your activity is wonderful!!!

Good Job LADIES!!!!!!

Friday I didn't do much except get pelted by little boys with water balloons (my son had his birthday party that night).  It was my birthday, too.  BAH!  I had the hose, though, so I got 'em back good, ha ha.

I wish I could say I ran Saturday or Sunday, but I sure didn't... had a lazy weekend.  I ate pretty bad, too... bad for us, anyway.  Too many nuts and carbs.  I had a half a cupcake, too... ugh, that was so bad, and I slept for two hours afterwards.  But this is not a nutrition thread!!

Today we began week 4 of our fitness camp.  We busted out the stability balls and dumbells.  Yeouch!  I am feeling the burn, baby.

Keep up the moving, Rhonda!  You're doing so great.

ETA:  Sweat weighs about 1 lb per 16 oz. ;-)
