Are you moving to lose???
Well, I went to work out yesterday, and found out how out of shape my big butt is. But that was no excuse to stop!!! I did 15 minutes on the treadmill, 15 minutes on the exercise bike, 50 situps w/50 pounds of weight on it, 50 bi lateral pull down weights (50 Pounds). Talk about tired!!!! But I will go back today.
So, my question is, who will join me in my effort??? Lets get out and get moving one way or the other.

I'm movin' along with you, girl! Today was the end of week 3 of my fitness camp (2 more weeks to go!). I'm training for a half-marathon on October 24, too. Not much running this week; I've been so dang tired... it looks like I might be overtraining, so I've been taking it easy beyond the camp which is not so easy, ha ha. However, I plan to run 4-5 miles Saturday at a very easy pace, just to keep on track with the long runs. I feel if I can keep that piece intact during camp, I'll still be on schedule for the race.
Be careful with all those weights! Make sure you don't overdo it; rest is essential for muscle development.
And get in that protein!!!!!!! :-)
