My hubby is melting!!!

Hi all!  My hubby had his RNY surgery on May 18 and he is absolutely melting away!  When we went to see Doc Gibbs for his 3 week appointment, he had SET THE RECORD for the most weight lost in that 3 week period.  Doc said everything was perfect, and he's had absolutely no problems at all.  Well, except for me nagging him about drinking enough and taking his vitamins, lol. 

We bought one of those above ground pools - just a little one that you put up yourself but we can kind of swim in circles.  We bought bicycles last night and let me yell you - you can absolutely forget how to ride one!  hahaha  But we're having fun.

He has made it look so easy!  And I am amazed that I can see the difference already.  I have even lost 12 pounds since we quit eating out and now I snack on things like his no sugar added applesauce or melba toast because it's what we have in the house. 

I am eager to have mine done even more so now!  Only 4 more months! . . .

Good for you, too.  12 lbs is no small amount for anyone who hasn't had surgery yet. You go girl!

Thanks Susan!  He lost 40 lbs in the 3 weeks after surgery.
