I'm back...again

Just got back from Missouri yesterday.  Visiting my grandma and aunt.  I think it rained everyday I was there. Been there since Thursday.  My grandma is about the same. She is in a nursing home with Alheimer's. They are doing a blood transfusion today. Hope it goes well.
I missed you guys. I didn't have access to a computer, so I couldn't communicate. That was weird. But kinda nice at the same time, know what I mean?
Anyway, lots to do today. Mountains of laundry in there. Gotta play catchup today.

Sounds like it was pretty quiet while I was gone anyway. So I must not have missed very much.
On a good note for me....I was on a standstill for losing weight for about three months, then all of a sudden I've lost ten pounds in the last two weeks. Go figure!!! I'll take whatever I can get. Guess the body was playing catchup too.
You guys have a wonderful day. Stay cool from the heat.....

Welcome back and congratulations on the additional weight loss.  Funny how it seems to go in spurts as we get further out.  But as you said, we'll just take it when we get it and keep it moving in the right direction.   Don't work too hard catching up on everything.

Thanks Steve,
Good to be home. Probably have to go back again soon.
Hey, I'm grateful for every pound that dissappears off that scale. I'm not picky.
I'm on my sixth load of laundry. How can two men mess up so many clothes in just five days?
Oh well, at least they got the yard mowed and weedeated.

I like Shawna's Swiss cheese analogy.  I think of it all the time when those crazy drops and stalls happen.  Bye bye, ten pounds!  We won't miss you, LOL.

I'm glad you're back!  I hope the rest of the week is quiet for you and your family.

Swiss cheese...that's a good one. I will have to remember that. The stalls and drops are crazy, but as long as they keep happening. I'm happy.

I'm sure I will have to go back to Missouri soon....I just hope not too soon.
Thanks!!!!

Hi Ann,

Glad you're back, for what ever time we have you.  Great news that you left 10# there in MO, too. Way to go.

Yep, iit's been entirely too quiet around here. We all need to shake things up a bit!
