I've had enough!

I had a pretty busy weekend.  Worked Saturday as usual, then went with my friends to see a fellow Letter Carrier do his magic show at Juanitas.  He's really good!

Sunday we had my brotherinlaw & his wife and kids over for a cookout.  We had a houseful. 

Monday I played hookie and did a slew of errands like take 1 kid to Conway to BandCamp.  Then DH and I went to Batesville to file for child support from his boys good-for-nuthin-mother.  She abandoned them hasn't seen her them in over 5 years.  

Yesterday was my 2 year wedding anniversary and my 1 year bandiversary, so we celebrated by grilling steaks and watching "Grand Torino".  Super good movie. I have good restriction still.  I'm staying off of the scale until I go see Dr. Gibbs July 2nd.

The past 2 days..working in this heat.  Today it bothered me quite a bit.  Takes a while to get acclaimated..plus it's about 20-30 degrees hotter in our Postal Vehicles. 

I guess that's it for me for now.  I'm still not sure what kind of exercise to do. I know I'm going to a yoga class at the end of this month...but that's not enough.  Guess I'll wait to get used to this heat first..then decide.

Love Band Camp.....I'm a grown up band geek, son has (almost) a degree in music composition/theory

Glad the restriction is still there

Proud of you for having the strength to stay away from the scale (couldn't do it, can't do it)
