I've had enough!
You all know I'm only joking, gotta shake things up now and then. I'm still resting my elbow, so that's why I haven't be posting, just checking in, but after the only new post was Tammy's about the Walk, well, I had to say something. .
So.................. please tell me you have all been busy enjoying the great outdoors, drinking your water, exercising your butts off, and otherwise working your plan! If not, what HAVE you been doing?
Hope everyone takes this in the spirit it is intended and that you're all doing well.
Love and hugs

Hi Susan and friends,
Glad you chose to "shake things up".
I started to, but was afraid nobody would read it. (JK)
Just want to tell ya that I have been enjoying the great outdoors, drinking my water, exercising my butt off and otherwise working the plan.
Saturday was my daughter's birthday (23) and when I asked her last week what she would like to do for it, whe said she wanted me to take her to the PGA golf tournament in Memphis on Saturday. Soooooo, that's what we did. We left the house at 5:00 am, drove to Memphis and then walked around the golf course for about 9 hours, watching the pros play golf. I figure we walked somewhere just under 600 miles on Saturday. Seriously though, we had a great time. She got to watch Phil Mickleson and John Daly from just a few feet away and she learned that although she thought I could hit a golf ball a long way, I really can't hit it very far compared to those guys. It was a great day with lot's of exercise and water and some sunburn. Neither one of us had any trouble going to sleep Saturday night.
Enjoyed seeing everybody at our meeting on Thursday. Lot's of great losers there.
Hope everyone can update today. It has been way too quiet on here lately.
Steve
What a great way for you and your daughter to spend her birthday. But, maybe you should have not taken her and let her believe that you ARE that good of a golfer. lol
600 miles on a golf course, huh? Wow, I guess I really don't know anything at all about golf. No wonder people say it's good exercise!
Gary and I went to see Taking of Pelham 123 yesterday. We really enjoyed it, and would recommend it to everyone....except small kiddos...pretty violent. John Travolta is very good, but boy, he sure looks the part, not at all like Vinny Barbarino!
Ok....off to finish making dinner. Hope you and your girls have a nice evening!

Can you say horses horses horses??? Been really busy outside, trying to enjoy the great weather and soak up some vitamin D.
Friday was spent at the Doc in Little Rock, but the news was good. The breathing test was better than it has been in over 3 years and 3 times better than the one in December.
Missed the meeting Thursday b/c we bought a new (to us) truck and had to get it tuned up and our mechanic couldnt get it until after 8 that night, so we ended up in Arkadelphia at 7:30 and home Friday morning at 1:30!!!
Saturday was a day in the sun. Had a horse show in Magnolia at 1, so that means getting up at 8 grooming horses, loading up and getting there. Mike won first place in his class!! Go MIKE!! I didnt show this week, as I didnt have a shirt that fit. OK, funny of my day, my only long sleeved western shirt that has fit since surgery fit everywhere except in the chest. From a 44DD to a 32 A to a 34 C!!! Wow, what a ride. Needless to say, I was part of the cheering section. After that show was done, we came home, put the horses up, and then went to Pine Bluff to a huge walking horse show just to watch.
Sunday was a day in the sun after church. Went to the barn, cooked for the crew and just spent the day relaxing.
Now, if I could ever remember sunscreen, my shoulders will be much happier.
Thats what we have been doing, lots of walking, looking, soaking up sun and drinking Gallons of water and crystal lite.
Love and miss you all,
Rhonda D.
Suffice it to say I left the boards and was gone for a very long time licking my wounds from the beating I got from somone here.
Nope.....not gonna do it
